Web Return Comment I am KC born and raised now living outside area. Everyone in KC knows Dick Smith Ford's reputation, especially when I worked at a 4x4 shop. They were spoken of highly by the men in the shop and other dealers. With that in mind, I looked for the car I wanted and found it there. I was delighted with the whole experience even when the local guy in the loan department was unsure whether to sell it to me without my husband's involvement. With the salesman's encouragement, he checked with the 'big boys' and it was okayed! My car was delivered clean and shiny, inside and out and ready to drive home to Arkansas. We're definitely going to head north when we're ready to get my husband a new vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Dick Smith's for making this experience enjoyable and satisfying.
